Reports & Announcements
Rtn. Arne Gooss, Ball Chair, gave an update on the preparations for the annual Ball.
Rtn. Regula updated members on some of the club projects that she is working on.
Rtn. Gilbert gave an update on the RCB website and informed members that he had organized three tables under the RCB name for the Ball of the “Association des Francophones de Pékin” to promote our Club amongst the French speaking community of Beijing.  He added that many Rotarians of our Club also joined the Ball on 14th March in the Grand Millennium Hotel.
President Kevin expressed thanks to our outgoing Administrator Grace who is leaving the Club to assume other activities. Rtn. John introduced Ms. Ki-Lam who is returning to our Club to assist temporarily as Administrator.
